Ordering Made Easy We make the process for ordering and delivery as easy as possible. Smaller orders such as a few pallets can be purchased directly online. We then ship directly to residential and commercial locations where the driver will take the pallets off of the truck and place them on the driveway or parking lot of the recipient.
The process for larger orders such as truckloads is also easy. We provide free professional quotes and turn those around typically same day. We also typically provide several freight options within the quote. After order placement, we coordinate the freight delivery with you. Freight options often include driver unloading and also the more common and economical customer unloading, which ensures the most value and margin.
As a landscaper you may have a preference on the type of packaging your receive based on the type of job you are going to perform. There are 2 packaging options available: 50 bags per pallet or supersacks. Both options provide for the same volume and cost the same.
The 50 bags per pallet is the most popular option and arrives with 50 flat packed bags on a pallet stacked up and then shrink-wrapped. While there may be a little more labor involved during installation with the small bag option, it provides for the most flexibility. For example, bags can be tossed around the yard and then ripped open at each drop point. Bags also make it easier to navigate through tighter spaces or where you need to go indoors to reach a back area. Last, bags make it easier to maintain and store any extra rubber mulch for later use.
On the other hand, supersacks are giant bags filled with rubber mulch. Each supersack has the equivalent volume of 50 small bags. Supersacks are ideal when you have equipment such as a forklift and will also be spreading the mulch in a single consolidated area. The supersack can be hoisted up and cut from the bottom, dumping all the rubber mulch in to a pile, which is especially great for playground and equestrian applications.
We receive a lot of questions regarding bulk rubber mulch. The good news is that is what we sell: rubber mulch in bulk or in other words in large volumes. To clear the air though, some people refer to bulk rubber mulch as filling up a truck with rubber mulch without any packaging - as in loose fill in the truck. We only provide palletized rubber mulch via the 50 bags per pallet or supersacks.
