Return Policy

Purchasing Rubber Mulch and related products online is a great option for everyone.  From a few clicks on rubbermulchwarehouse.com to rubber mulch delivered right to your driveway, we offer a low-cost, quick, and hassle-free experience.  We're confident that you'll love our product like the many that have purchased before you.  With that said, to make sure the product size and color are what you are looking for, we recommend ordering samples here.  Below is our return policy which we've created to continue to enable us to offer our low prices and exceptional service. 

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of product.
  • We do not accept partial returns.  For example, the return of project excess.
  • Returns must include a valid RMA #.  Contact us to obtain an RMA #.
  • Customer is responsible for
    • the cost of returning the freight from the location of the freight.  If the freight has been delivered, this will be the location of wherever the freight currently needs to be picked up from.  If shipped, but not yet delivered, the location will be the freight carrier's service center or if in transit, the next service center of the freight carrier.
    • any freight costs Rubber Mulch Warehouse incurs to ship the freight out to you.  Free shipping is an offer that applies to delivered items, which aren't returned.  The free shipping offer does not apply to returned items.
    • a 10% restocking fee.
  • Refund will be issued within 1-2 weeks upon receipt of returned merchandise.
  • Please keep in mind that the cost of freight is very high due to the size and weight of the item.  
  • Products must be returned to us in brand new condition, unused, and in their original packaging unopened.
  • Special orders such as custom color mulch cannot be returned.
  • Refusing or not accepting delivery once your order shipped will result in the above noted charges that may exceed the original purchase price. By purchasing product you agree to pay all incurred costs imposed by the trucking company for rerouting your freight. 

Order Cancellations

  • The customer can cancel an order within 6 hours following the placement of the order.  In trying to get the order to you as quickly as possible, we may ship an order within hours of receiving the order.  As such we provide a 6 hour grace period for cancellations.
  • RubberMulchWarehouse is not responsible for late cancellation notices and the customer will be liable for return fees if the order has shipped.
  • If the order has already shipped, customer is responsible for
    • the cost of returning the freight from the location of the freight.  If the freight has been delivered, this will be the location of wherever the freight currently needs to be picked up from.  If shipped, but not yet delivered, the location will be the freight carrier's service center or if in transit, the next service center of the freight carrier.

    • a 10% restocking fee.
  • To cancel an order please notify us via our contact form within the 6 hour period following the placement of your order.
  • Cancellations will incur a 3.5% processing fee for all charges already processed.
