Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of product.
- We do not accept partial returns. For example, the return of project excess.
- Returns must include a valid RMA #. Contact us to obtain an RMA #.
- Customer is responsible for

If shipped, but not yet delivered, the location will be the freight carrier's service center or if in transit, the next service center of the freight carrier.

- Refund will be issued within 1-2 weeks upon receipt of returned merchandise.
- Please keep in mind that the cost of freight is very high due to the size and weight of the item.
- Products must be returned to us in brand new condition, unused, and in their original packaging unopened.
- Special orders such as custom color mulch cannot be returned.
- Refusing or not accepting delivery once your order shipped will result in the above noted charges that may exceed the original purchase price. By purchasing product you agree to pay all incurred costs imposed by the trucking company for rerouting your freight.
Order Cancellations
- The customer can cancel an order within 6 hours following the placement of the order. In trying to get the order to you as quickly as possible, we may ship an order within hours of receiving the order. As such we provide a 6 hour grace period for cancellations.
- RubberMulchWarehouse is not responsible for late cancellation notices and the customer will be liable for return fees if the order has shipped.
